Job Description: Engineer, Renewable Energy Systems

Demonstrated experience in combined heat and power (CHP) engineering projects. Skills include application analysis, system performance modeling and sizing, cost build up, project feasibility evaluation, equipment selection and environmental controls. Knowledge base that includes biomass fuels, gasifiers and boilers, steam and gas turbines, biomass preprocessing storage and transport is desirable.

Other knowledge areas of interest to Antares include wind and solar power, solar heating and cooling, geothermal systems, energy efficiency technologies.

Minimum Qualifications:
BS Engineering, 5 years experience
Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
Technical writing experience, good communication skills and must function well in multidisciplinary teams

Other desirable qualifications:
Professional certifications (P.E., LEED, C.E.M.)
Ability to use commercial heat/mass balance software packages, CAD, and building energy modeling/simulation software
